Overview

What is VantaStatus?

VantaStatus is a real-time uptime monitoring platform for Russian and CIS internet infrastructure. Track HTTP endpoints, DNS resolution, TCP port availability, and SSL certificate health from five probe locations across Moscow, Novosibirsk, and Vladivostok.

HTTP(S) Monitoring

Check web endpoints every 30 seconds with response-time tracking, status-code validation, and optional body-content matching against expected strings or regex patterns.

DNS & TCP Checks

Verify name-server resolution times and test arbitrary TCP ports — SSH (22), RDP (3389), PostgreSQL (5432), or any custom listener — from geographically distributed probes.

Alerting

Receive notifications via Telegram bot, email, or webhook. Configure escalation rules so your on-call engineer gets paged within 60 seconds of a confirmed incident.

Step-by-step

Your First Monitor in Five Minutes

Follow these steps to go from a brand-new account to a live uptime dashboard with active alerting.

01

Register an account

Navigate to app.vantastatus.ru/register and sign up with your work email. Free-tier accounts include up to three monitors and daily email summaries. No credit card required.

02

Add your first monitor

From the dashboard, click "New Monitor". Enter the URL you want to track (for example, https://api.example.ru/health), select the check interval (30 s, 1 min, or 5 min), and choose probe locations. Save — the monitor starts pinging immediately.

03

Configure notifications

Open Settings → Alerts. Add a Telegram chat ID, an email address, or a webhook URL. Set a downtime threshold (default: 2 consecutive failed checks) and pick the severity level — Info, Warning, or Critical.

04

Share your status page

Every account gets a public status page at status.vantastatus.ru/your-team. Embed it on your own site or share the direct link with stakeholders. The page auto-updates and shows incident history for the last 90 days.
