Frequently asked questions

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrading is instant — your new limits apply right away. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You won't lose any historical data when switching tiers.

What happens if I exceed my endpoint limit?

We'll notify you via email when you reach 80% of your plan's endpoint cap. If you hit the limit, new monitors won't be created until you either remove existing ones or upgrade. No extra charges are applied.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes — Pro plans billed annually are $24/month (save 17%). Enterprise pricing is custom and typically includes a 20–25% discount for annual commitments. Contact sales for a quote.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

You get a 14-day Pro trial when you first sign up — no credit card required. After the trial, your account reverts to Free unless you subscribe. All monitors and data created during the trial are preserved.

How are checks distributed across probe locations?

Each monitored endpoint is checked from all 12 probe locations by default (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, London, New York, Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney, São Paulo, Mumbai). You can enable or disable individual locations per monitor.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Absolutely. All plans support CSV export of uptime history and check results. Pro and Enterprise plans also offer JSON export via the API. We retain exported data for 90 days after account deletion.

How it works

Subscribe to Pro or Enterprise and evaluate the platform for 30 full days. If you decide it's not the right fit, email billing@vantastatus.com with your account email. We process refunds within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

What's covered

The guarantee covers your first purchase or upgrade to a paid plan. Annual subscriptions are prorated — you'll receive a refund for the unused portion. The guarantee applies once per account.

Enterprise SLA

Enterprise customers receive a formal 99.99% monitoring availability SLA. If our monitoring infrastructure fails to meet this threshold in any calendar month, you receive a 10% credit on your next invoice. Repeated failures (2+ months) qualify for a full month refund.
