METRICS EXPLAINED

What We Measure

Every report covers the following key performance indicators tracked across all monitored endpoints from probes in Moscow, Novosibirsk, and Vladivostok.

Monthly Uptime

99.97%

Calculated over a rolling 30-day window. Any endpoint returning a non-2xx HTTP status or failing to respond within 5 seconds is marked as down. Weighted by check frequency (every 60 seconds).

Avg Response Time

142 ms

Measured end-to-end: DNS resolution, TCP handshake, TLS negotiation, and time to first byte. Aggregated across all three probe locations with p50, p95, and p99 breakdowns.

Incident Count

3

Distinct outage events in the reporting period. Each event includes start timestamp, duration in minutes, affected endpoints, HTTP error codes observed, and root-cause classification.

MTTR

8 min

Mean Time to Recovery across all incidents. Computed from the moment the last probe detects failure to the moment all probes confirm the endpoint is serving 2xx responses again.

EXPORT OPTIONS

Download Your Data

Export reports in the format your team or auditor needs. All exports include raw probe data alongside summary metrics and are available for any date range up to the full calendar year.

PDF Report

Print-Ready

Branded PDF with executive summary, availability timeline charts, incident tables, and compliance-grade timestamps. Includes your org logo and custom SLA thresholds. Suitable for board reviews and SOC 2 evidence packages.

CSV Export

Row-Level Data

Every check result as a row: ISO-8601 timestamp, probe location, HTTP status, response time in milliseconds, SSL certificate expiry, and error message. Opens directly in Excel, Google Sheets, or any BI tool.

JSON API

Machine-Readable

REST endpoint returning structured uptime data for the selected period. Supports pagination, date-range filters, and per-endpoint breakdowns. Rate-limited to 120 requests per minute. Authenticated via API key.

ANALYTICS DASHBOARD

Interactive Analytics

The built-in dashboard lets you drill into any reporting period without leaving the platform. All visualizations update in real time as new probe data arrives.

Availability Timeline

Hourly up/down heatmap for every monitored endpoint. Hover to see exact check results; click a cell to open the incident detail view with full probe logs and HTTP response headers.

Response Time Trends

Line chart plotting p50, p95, and p99 latency percentiles over the selected window. Toggle between probe locations to isolate regional degradation caused by backbone routing changes or ISP maintenance.

Incident History

Chronological list of all outages with severity tags, duration, and resolution notes. Filter by endpoint, date range, or HTTP error code. Each entry links to the full timeline and related Slack or email notifications.

SLA Comparison

Overlay your contractual SLA thresholds (e.g., 99.9% uptime, <200 ms response) on actual performance. Instantly see which endpoints breach targets and generate a gap-analysis table for your service catalog.
